Email campaigns

Sending out marketing emails using the Odore platform

The Odore platform can connect seamlessly to your company's email contacts and trigger campaign emails using your own email address to selected contacts or all your contacts.

One of the key features of our platform is that it allows you to build marketing campaigns for your customers.

This can be found by pressing the new campaign button on the lefthand side.

The first step would be to create a new email campaign by selecting the Email button.

You then set the information for the first email that you are planning to send out.

First select the Email and Interface templates that you have built and you would like to use for your email campaign.

It is important to define the following:

  • Email design (this is built on the drag and drop builder)

  • Audience

  • Subject line

  • Schedule

  • From (Name and Email)

Once you have completed all the inputs, you then select the next touchpoints. For example:

Within each one, you can set the triggers and define when the customer should receive further content:

Once you have setup the email touch points click next under Campaign Overview to continue.

Add your products and specify other campaign details such as campaign settings, security and fulfilment.

Once everything has been defined and confirmed check the campaign overview and flow before you approve the campaign for launch.
