Adding existing contacts

You can add your existing contacts to the Odore Platform in a number of ways. These include: Salesforce, Shopify and Klaviyo as well as the option to upload contacts from a Csv file.

Step 1: Click the Contacts button

Step 2: Click add contacts

Step 3: This will then bring up a pop up that allows you to choose where to import contacts from. Selecting Salesforce, Shopify or Klaviyo will import your contacts from there providing you have followed the previous steps and integrated the platforms onto the Odore Platform

Step 4: If selecting Import Csv a new page will popup where it will ask you to name the contact list your are importing.

Step 5: Once you have named your import you can upload your spreadsheet and all your contacts are now on the platform!
