Forgotten your password?

If you have forgotten your platform login details, please click on forgot password on the sign-in screen and follow the steps. If this does not solve the issue, please contact support through chat support on the website.

Changing your password

You can change your password easily in Settings. Just click on the settings icon.

To reset your password go to General Settings -> Security -> Password.
