# Passwords and login

**Forgotten your password?**

If you have forgotten your platform login details, please click on **forgot password** on the sign-in screen and follow the steps. If this does not solve the issue, please contact support through chat support on the website.

**Changing your password**

You can change your password easily in Settings. Just click on the settings icon.

To reset your password go to General Settings -> Security -> Password.
